Description
Play-based preschool established in 1974. Environment promotes a love of learning through imaginary play, developmentally appropriate art and science projects, books, music, and movement. Housed at the Grattan Playground in Cole Valley, the large, sandy playground is an urban oasis where children have the opportunity to master new physical challenges through the freedom to explore and use imagination. Parents are required to work one day per week as well as attend regular meetings and classes.
